This beloved holiday classic is brought to life as a live 1940s radio broadcast, following the story of George Bailey, a generous and well-meaning man whose dreams of escape and adventure have been squashed by family obligations and civic duty. It takes a lovable guardian angel to descend to earth on Christmas Eve to save him from his despair, showing him what things would have been like if he had never been born. Inspired, George has a change of heart and embraces the true spirit of the holidays, realizing that he’s really had a wonderful life.
